All classes last approximately 55 minutes.

Orsett

Anna takes physiotherapist led pilates classes for beginners & intermediates at:

The classes are held on:
Thursdays 6-7pm
Thursdays 7-8pm

These classes are suitable for people with pre-existing injuries and medical conditions, as Anna uses her physiotherapy knowledge and experience to adapt exercises appropriately. It is advisable to have a 1:1 session prior to starting the class to go through adaptations if you have concerns about whether you will manage certain exercises.

The classes are run as 6 week courses, and cost £39 for the block of 6, or £9 drop in.

 

Billericay / Downham

Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am – CURRENTLY FULLY BOOKED
Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am

Mondays 6:30-7:30pm (for beginners and intermediates) – CURRENTLY FULLY BOOKED
Mondays 7:30-8:30pm (runner & cyclist specific)
Mondays 8:30-9:30pm (for beginners and intermediates)

The 6:30pm and 8:30pm classes are suitable for people with pre-existing injuries and medical conditions, as Anna uses her physiotherapy knowledge and experience to adapt exercises appropriately. It is advisable to have a 1:1 session prior to starting the class to go through adaptations if you have concerns about whether you will manage certain exercises.

The 7:30pm class is specifically for people who run and / or cycle as a hobby – from beginner to elite level. It has a stronger focus on weight bearing and functional exercises, with the aim to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk when running and cycling.

The classes are run as 6 week courses, and cost £39 for the block of 6, or £9 drop in.

 

Noak Bridge

1:1 / 2:1 Pilates

Anna offers 1:1 & 2:1 pilates assessments and sessions as home visits. Small group classes can also be arranged at local community halls. These cost £40 for a 45 minute assessment or private class at home, or £60 for an hours class at an arranged venue. Please contact her at [email protected] for availability.

These sessions can be tailored to suit you needs so are suitable if:
• You are unable to attend a regular class due to other commitments
• You have pre-existing medical conditions which mean group classes are not appropriate
• You require pre or post natal pilates
• You would like sports specific pilates to optimise your strength and flexibility in your sports performance
