Rayleigh Pilates Classes

Anna takes physiotherapist led pilates classes for beginners, intermediates, and athletes at:

The Grange Community Centre
Little Wheatley Chase

These classes are held on:
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm (for beginners and intermediates)
Mondays 7:30-8:30pm (runner & cyclist specific)
Mondays 8:30-9:30pm (for beginners and intermediates)

The 6:30pm & 8:30pm classes are suitable for people with pre-existing injuries and medical conditions, as Anna uses her physiotherapy knowledge and experience to adapt exercises appropriately. It is advisable to have a 1:1 session prior to starting the class to go through adaptations if you have concerns about whether you will manage certain exercises.

The 7:30pm class is specifically for people who run and / or cycle as a hobby – from beginner to elite level. It has a stronger focus on weight bearing and functional exercises, with the aim to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk when running and cycling.

The classes are run as 6 week courses, and cost £39 for the block of 6, or £9 drop in.
