Help with booking our classes

When booking our classes, you can choose from either single pay as you go classes, or a class pass.  We hope the information below answers any queries you may have.  Please note classes should be booked for each individual person attending – it is important that we know the name and details of everyone attending to run our classes safely by physiotherapy regulations.

How to book a single class (without a class pass)

  • Visit our Pilates Class booking page by clicking here
  • Scroll down to ‘Book your classes’, and click the location of the class you would like to attend (Studio, Rayleigh, or Virtual)
  • Click ‘Sign up’
  • Enter your information into the form
  • Click ‘Pay Now’
  • Enter your card details, then click ‘Pay & Confirm’
  • You should be sent a confirmation email upon booking

How to purchase a class pass

  • Visit our Pilates Class booking page by clicking here
  • Scroll down to ‘Class Passes & Subscriptions’, and click ‘Class Passes’
  • Choose the class pass you would like to purchase and click ‘Add to cart’
  • Enter your details, then click ‘Complete Order’

How to book classes after buying a class pass

  • If you’ve just signed up, the confirmation page has a button on the top left reading ‘Schedule’ – click this
  • Otherwise on our booking page, scroll down to ‘Book your classes’, and click the location of the class you would like to attend (Studio, Rayleigh, or Virtual), then click ‘Sign up’ on the class you wish to join
  • Enter your details and fill in the assessment form
  • Your code should automatically be entered at the bottom of the form, but if it isn’t click ‘Redeem Coupon or Package’ – you can enter your email address you used when purchasing your subscription, or enter your booking code from your subscription confirmation email and click ‘Apply’ – this will allow you to book the class at no extra cost

How to create an account

  • Book your first class as per the above guide
  • On the confirmation page from booking your first appointment, towards the bottom of the page there is a button reading ‘Register for an Account’ – click this
  • Enter your email address and choose a password, click to agree to the terms and conditions, and click ‘Sign up’
  • You can then login to book future classes, and your details will be automatically remembered

Have you purchased a combined class pass and are having difficulties booking your virtual classes?

Upon purchasing our combined class pass, your code will allow you to book your studio classes.  However, we have to manually email you a code to enable you to book your unlimited virtual classes.  On receiving this, you can then book an unlimited number of virtual classes.  Please bear with us as it may take us up to 2 working days to process your order and send this to you.

Joining Google Meet From an iPad / iPhone

We have heard from a few of you that there have been problems joining Google Meet from an iPad or iPhone over the last few days.  We apologise for this, and have contacted Google Meet and Acuity Scheduling (who run our booking system) and hope that this will be resolved within the next few days.

If you are joining us from an iPad or iPhone, please do NOT update the Google Meet app for the time being, as the issue seems to be if you have the most recent version of the app downloaded.

If your Google Meet app has already updated, or you are currently having problems with joining our virtual classes, here is how to join any classes you have booked:

  1. Open your booking / reminder email for the class you wish to join.
  2. Scroll down to the 3 purple boxes, and click the one which says ‘Change / Cancel Appointment’.
  3. This will open up a page where your class day, date and time are listed in bold at the top of the page, click the URL link below it, and it’ll take you to your usual Google Meet joining page.
