Our classes are suitable for people with pre-existing injuries and medical conditions, as physiotherapy knowledge and experience is used to adapt exercises appropriately. It is advisable to have a 1:1 session prior to starting our classes to go through adaptations if you have concerns about whether you will manage certain exercises – please click here for more information or to book a 1:1 session.

Class Passes & Subscriptions
You can book classes individually using our pay as you go option, or, if you’d like to join us regularly we offer Class Passes & Subscription options.
If you’d like to join us regularly, choose from 5, 10 or 20 class pass options, or a monthly subscription to give yourself optimal flexibility when attending our Noak Bridge, Rayleigh, or virtual classes:

Recurring Booking Option
If you’d like to book a class on the same day and time each week, you can use the ‘recurring’ option when booking. Click the link below and select the class type, day, and time, then click ‘recurring’ from the drop-down menu, and select how many weeks you would like to attend this class for.
PLEASE NOTE If you use the ‘Recurring’ option to book VIRTUAL CLASSES, the location on your original booking email will be the correct link for your FIRST CLASS ONLY. You will be automatically sent a reminder email 24 hours prior to each class with the joining link for each upcoming class. The joining link is different for every class.
