Rayleigh Pilates Classes

Physiotherapist led pilates classes for beginners, intermediates, and advanced / athletes are held at:

The Grange Community Centre
Little Wheatley Chase

These classes are held on:
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm (for beginners and intermediates)
Mondays 7:30-8:30pm (advanced / runner & cyclist specific)
Mondays 8:30-9:30pm (for beginners and intermediates)

The 6:30pm and 8:30pm classes are suitable for people with pre-existing injuries and medical conditions, as physiotherapy knowledge and experience is used to adapt exercises appropriately. It is advisable to have a 1:1 session prior to starting the class to go through adaptations if you have concerns about whether you will manage certain exercises.

The 7:30pm class is specifically for people who run and / or cycle as a hobby – from beginner to elite level. However, if you don’t run or cycle, but are looking for a more challenging class, this one will suit you too! It has a stronger focus on weight bearing and functional exercises, with the aim to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk when participating in other exercise.

The next 6 week course starts on Monday 10th September and will run for 6 weeks. The early bird rate is £39 if you book and pay by Monday 3rd September. After this date the course cost is £42. There is a pay as you go option of £9 per class but this is only available if the class is not at maximum capacity, and you must book by email on a week-by-week basis.
