I’ll be teaching you why you can’t go wrong getting strong!
I’ll be taking you through the 5 most effective core exercises you can try to build your strength safely. We’ll also be delving deeper into technique & evidence behind why building strength is so important in helping our aches & pains.
This 1 hour session will be approximately 30 minutes of Pilates exercise & 30 minutes of education. If you join the session live, you’ll also have the opportunity to ask me any questions you might have.
This session will be held via Zoom, & recorded. The session link will be emailed out to everyone registered following the session, meaning if you sign up, you can join live, catch up later, and get unlimited access to the masterclass!
