Taken by experienced yoga instructor Jane Harrop, to help to make you a priority, to carve out some breathing space, and explore some simple ways to help ease your body & mind. The class gives you time to reconnect with yourself, slow down and help to find a sense of balance and calm. All done by candle light, soft soothing sounds and Jane’s healing Himalayan bowl. The class may consist of some gentle movement, restful poses, relaxation & meditation, with lots of mindful breathing.

And oh did we mention that we will be finishing off with a yummy homemade raw chocolate meditation! Made from raw superfood Cacao, organic coconut oil, agave syrup & organic vanilla pods.
All you need to do is book in, bring along any pillows, blankets, bolsters etc. that you made need to help you get super comfy and put the weight of the world down.
