Sports Massage Initial Appointment – £50
A 45 minute initial sports massage appointment completed by one of our physios. These appointments allow time to assess your massage needs, then work through the back, neck, shoulders and legs as required. This appointment will help prepare the body if you have an upcoming event, or can help prevent injury & aid recovery following a race or heavy training session. As all of our appointments are taken by experienced physiotherapists we can focus more time and specific techniques on areas requiring more work, as well as giving you advice and education regarding training, rehab and recovery whilst the massage is completed.
Sports Massage Follow Up Appointment – £45
A 45 minute follow up sports massage appointment completed by one of our physios. These appointments can be booked following your initial assessment, so we are aware of your ongoing needs. This appointment will help prepare the body if you have an upcoming event, or can help prevent injury & aid recovery following a race or heavy training session. As all of our appointments are taken by experienced physiotherapists we can focus more time and specific techniques on areas requiring more work, as well as giving you advice and education regarding training, rehab and recovery whilst the massage is completed.
