Want to try pilates or an exercise class whilst at home in isolation, but you’re looking for something gentle, and perhaps you are not confident about getting on and off the floor? Then this class is for you!
Gentle chair-based exercises following the same format as our other pilates classes, but with the option of holding onto a chair for balance with the standing exercises, and completing the other exercises sitting in a chair rather than having to get down onto the floor.
This gentle exercise class is ideal if you are looking to increase the amount of exercise you complete in a safe environment, as all our classes are taken by experienced physiotherapists. This means exercises are tailored to help improve your strength, mobility, and confidence.
