Gentle chair-based exercises following the same format as our other Pilates sessions, but with the option of holding onto a chair for balance with the standing exercises, and completing the other exercises sitting in a chair rather than having to get down onto the floor.
These gentle exercise sessions are ideal if you’re looking to increase the amount of exercise you complete in a safe environment, as all our classes are taken by experienced physiotherapists. This means exercises are tailored to help improve your strength, mobility, and confidence.
