A pay as you go studio class is £11 per session. Please familiarise yourself with our booking terms prior to booking your class. If you’d like to attend our classes regularly, please see our membership options below, as these may work out as better value for you!
Pilates Powerhouse Membership – £39 per month
This is the best value membership if you’d like to continue with Pilates twice a week or more, whether that’s online or at the studio. This membership includes:
- Unlimited live streamed Pilates classes
- Huge on demand library of sessions
- Exclusive members only Facebook group where I’m on hand for additional support & weekly focused live streamed Pilates sessions
- A 75% discount off studio classes (taking them to a bargain cost of just £2.75 extra per studio session)
- A 10% discount on physiotherapy appointments (in clinic or video call)
- Fortnightly virtual coffee mornings
- Priority booking on workshops & retreats
This membership is a monthly rolling subscription, which you can cancel at anytime. Your membership will automatically renew every month unless you cancel. The minimum contract is one month. Please familiarise yourself with our booking terms prior to signing up to our Powerhouse Membership.
Studio Membership – £36 per 4 week period
This membership will be the best value for you if you’d like to attend the studio for Pilates once per week. You can attend 4 studio sessions in every 4 week period.
This membership is a 4 weekly rolling subscription, which you can cancel at anytime. Your membership will automatically renew every 4 weeks unless you cancel. Please familiarise yourself with our booking terms prior to signing up to our Studio Membership.

Our classes are suitable for people with pre-existing injuries and medical conditions, as our instructors knowledge and experience is used to adapt exercises appropriately. It is advisable to have a 1:1 session prior to starting our classes to go through adaptations if you have concerns about whether you will manage certain exercises – please click here for more information or to book a 1:1 session.
